our innovation workshop will provide service for
solving issues and growing the organization.
Regardless the nature of the project, we will conduct an ice breaking session followed by a group hearing to understand the issues surrounding or relating to the topic. Together we will map out the step by step solutions.
02 Deep Insight
The design team will focus on the issues from social, customer psychology, and market trend perspectives to carry on the discussion in depth.
03 Customer Experience
Stories are essential for communicating the project value to its target audience. Together we will brainstorm 2 or 3 stories and scenarios that’ll reflect the customer experience value.
Based on the story, we will prepare storyboards and prototypes to discuss how we can materialize customer experience. We will continue remodeling as much as possible.
05 Real Hypothesis
Eventually we will finalize the prototype and business scenarios we’ve established. The prototype will be developed with reasonable materials and shapes for customer evaluation capacity as business scenarios will be crafted into a business pitch material for business operators.
We will perform a prototype test focusing on a segment of our target audience. Thus receiving a much realistic feedback from the market, which can provide constant improvements.
