CIA Inc. originally developed the prototype for the flagship store of the Aoyama Flower Market, ultimately leading to the company’s multi-store expansion.
We established a new business plan to eliminate the cold storage case and the fifteen-minute wait per customer.
Developing a modular store system, we redesigned the identity elements, uniforms, signage and packing – also developing affordable and convenient prearranged “Lifestyle Bouquets”.
Today the Shibuya Station’s small kiosk alone brings in a whopping 400 million yen per year.
