Nippon Gochiso Select
In October 2015, a group of food specialists and chefs from Japan and America introduced their selection of natural Japanese food products at Nippon Gochiso Select’s pop up store in California. The Ministry of Agriculture and JETRO commissioned us to organize a group of young food specialists, and a strategy to produce and promote their selected Japanese food products to American consumers. In the process of evaluating the products, only 40 of the highest quality products were chosen out of 300 submissions. The pop up store was held at the organic supermarket, Berkeley Bowl for two months. In this timespan, we provided costumers with food samples that comes with recipes, a menu book, and an online platform for promotional purposes.
